Patrick van Brakel has served as Managing Director of Abrabopa Cocoa Ltd. since 2026. He brings more than 15 years of experience living and working in West Africa, including Côte d’Ivoire, Liberia and Ghana.
With a background in business administration and experience in cocoa production, post-harvest activities and processing, Patrick guides the company’s purchasing, finance and operations. He has also served as Chief Finance and Operations Manager at Cocoa Abrabopa Association since 2018.
